The WH Wolfe’s Combatives Elite Instructors Course is for anyone who is either striving to be a leader or wanting to perfect their physical, tactical and mental skills so than can offer legitimate knowledge to their students and clients. Throughout the program, you’ll have multiple opportunities to lead your group in up to 15 different challenging exercises, with subsequent assessment and feedback from the people you led.
You will live 14 challenged pack days where you will learn then do. Your evenings will be filled with lectures; tactical awareness spectrum, the mental component in training, Method of Instruction, your place in the industry and marketing a successful school, fitness knowledge and much more. Expect long days!

What other feedback has the History Volume received besides renewed interest from perspective instructor candidates?
We have received very positive revues especially the line diagram legend which outlines the where and when the System was spread. It has also generated some serious interest from at least one US based TV Production Company wanting to show case Mr. Wolfe and his military instructor team.
How tough was the last 14 day instructor’s course?
Well we won’t tell you it was easy nothing that long and intense ever is. But our new set of instructors came away with a level of knowledge not only mastering the physical skills of this legendary system but more importantly mastering themselves. There outward appearance was not a reflection of their inward ‘mastered indomitable fighting spirit’ and assertive confidence they grew while on this course.
What will I gain from this course?
You will gain a huge insight into the martial arts and reality based self defense industry, one of the fastest growing fitness/self help sectors in the world. You will learn a complete combative system with a 90 year lineage. You will be taught every aspect of how to teach it from ‘soup to nuts’; physically, tactically, mentally and even spiritually. This includes learning Mr. Wolfe’s very successful method of instruction. You will be taught how to do special programming for select client groups to enhance your revenue earning abilities. You will be taught marketing strategies and how to setup a client based business whether on an academy basis or personal trainer basis. Do I need to bring anything to the course?
You will need to bring a lap top computer, wrestling boots, running shoes and a positive attitude. It will not be the size of your muscles that gets you through this program but the size of your heart. It’s a real once in a lifetime adventure and you will receive complete joining instructions once you’re on board.
Will I be accredited as a W. H. Wolfe instructor?
Yes you will and this gives you direct lineage to the 90 plus years of history that is Wolfe’s Combatives. You will join a select core group of modern instructors backed by Mr. Wolfe. His signature on your accreditation is the only one that means anything worldwide.
How long will the qualification last?
The qualification has no expiry date but we are positive that once you complete this program you will be keen to attend further training events to upgrade your professional status. As a member of Mr. Wolfe’s instructor alumnus you will have an opportunity to attend special instructor retreats once a year where you can get further enlightened training to improve your resume. You’ll also have a chance to attend the business support portion to gain even more knowledge on marketing and interaction with your fellow alumni members.

Can I teach in other countries where there are already instructors or Wolfe’s Combatives?
Yes of course you can no one has the right to tell you, you can’t! Before Mr. Wolfe started teaching this style of combatives to civilians it had all but died off. All Wolfe’s Combatives instructors in the world owes their start to him including organizations in Canada, USA, Mexico, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, UK, Australia and India. You don’t owe anything to them just yourself and Mr. Wolfe. Mr. Wolfe no longer believes in Associations, Federations or Alliances and nor should you! He does not know of any organization that does not break apart after a few years when greed, politics or ego kicks in making enemies of friends and associates.
Can I train with other instructors or groups besides this one?
Yes you sure can, learning should never stop or be hindered that’s Mr. Wolfe’s policy.
Can I share my Wolfe’s Combatives knowledge with other groups without getting into trouble?
There are no secret techniques in our training therefore yes, you can, just make sure they pay you for your time and make damn sure they know where the training comes from. That’s all we ask.
Do students fail the course?
Yes if you’re not prepared or not willing to put effort into the training process you can fail. We work hard to ensure everyone does pass. Mr. Wolfe spends long hours each day and evenings working with you and it’s a demanding process. Anything worth having is but it’s also fun and everyone who has trained with Mr. Wolfe will tell you that. Come prepared physically and mentally and you’ll do fine.
I see other organizations are teaching what looks to be the same courses why should I not take one of their programs?
No reason except these guys don’t have Mr. Wolfe depth. Some were his students so why would you want to get second hand lessons especially with something as important as instructor’s qualification. Personally I’d want to go to the expert, the founder Mr. Wolfe, but how you earn your education is up to you. ”
Why is the course so long?
It’s not long and the time passes incredibly fast. Mr. Wolfe wants only the best and this course is designed to produce the best instructors in the world. It also gives you a rare opportunity to submerse yourself day and night to really learn all aspects of how to teach a complete self defense system with authentic authority. We found that breaking the course up into smaller programs only weakened the system and failed to give you the full picture. So as Mr. Wolfe say’s ‘lesson learned we either do it right from now on or not at all’. Basically he’s the boss and he has spoken that’s why!
What will you tell those interested who say it is too long a time commitment?
As Mr. Wolfe said on the course there is always other Systems if you want it easy. The 14 days was time well spent! The earned more than a just piece of paper that say’s Elite.
Where will you take it from here?
Mr. Wolfe has already started a review of the course getting ready for the April course in Vancouver which will be a much better course (we never rest to improve training and nor should you). This first course set the standard from which to build on. It provided an excellent launching platform as did the candidates’ spirit and attitude throughout the 14 days proved it’s value.
